Eckersley O’Callaghan brought me in to lead the marketing department at a time when the company had spent over a year trying to get a new website off the ground. I took charge of the project, managing the external web design consultants and internal design team. I devised a phased launch strategy that prioritised key areas, so that we could get the website up relatively quickly, while completing lower priority tasks behind the scenes. I wrote all copy — over 150,000 words.
The website was shortlisted at the Archiboo Web Awards 2019 for Best Consultants Website.
